Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and motivated WMArchitect Operator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. As Assembly Operator you will be responsible for working on the assembly line within our cleanrooms to combine parts and components to create our fluid management technology. You will be required to inspect the product and identify and report any defects to ensure only products that meet the required specifications move on to the next manufacturing stage.
2. You will build products on the assembly line according to customer specific technical drawings, instructions, or schematics.
3. You will be competent in making all required assemblies in the range including those that are complex and are comprised of multiple types of components (training will be provided).
4. You will be capable of working with a complex range of products with hundreds of SKUs (and growing).
5. You will understand the special importance of product quality, safety and performance for their application within biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
6. You will follow established manufacturing and safety procedures, to ensure we are complying with the BS EN ISO 14644 clean room requirements and BS EN ISO 9001.
7. You will inspect the assembled products for any faults or defects and report any issues immediately to the supervisor in the area.
8. You will maintain all relevant documentation to ensure you are complying with the BS EN ISO 14644 clean room requirements, BS EN ISO 9001 and cGMP standards.
9. You will report incidents, faulty operations, or product imperfections on the assembly line to your Supervisor for further exploration.
10. You will move materials and components between workstations, safely handling waste materials and finished products to maintain a tidy and organised cleanroom.
11. You will assist with the daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning operations within the cleanroom environment to ensure we are complying with BS EN ISO 14644 clean room requirements.
12. You will ensure compliance with all company health and safety rules and regulations at all times, including contributing to any company health and safety initiatives and activities.
13. You will ensure you are complying with the ISO 14001 Environmental Standards.
Skills/Experience:
1. You will have experience of working on an assembly line and following manual assembly techniques for plastic injection moulded products.
2. You will have awareness of the BS EN ISO 14644 clean room requirements, BS EN ISO 9001 and cGMP standards.
3. You will have excellent attention to detail to ensure the accurate assembly of products and strict adherence to specifications.
4. You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring that assembly line output is aligned to cycle times.
5. You will work effectively as part of an assembly team and develop strong working relationships with other members of the manufacturing team including mouldshop operators, quality control technicians and logistic operatives.
