Reckitt is looking for a diligent Brand Protection Assistant to join our dynamic legal team. This role offers a gateway to deepen your understanding of intellectual property, with regular knowledge-sharing sessions and a comprehensive Learning & Development programme. If you are ready to grow with a team that's as committed as you are, let's make it happen Your responsibilities - Make online purchases using Amazon, eBay and BOL, and accurately and timely update the data held on these purchases using an excel spreadsheet. - Ensure that all necessary documentation, including listing pages, invoices, and product imagery, is filed correctly and electronically. - Scope online platforms and identify potential non-regulatory and counterfeit products. - Work alongside and participate in monthly meetings with external service providers. - Communicate and build working relationships with various teams within Reckitt globally and to other contacts, as and when required. - Instruct and prepare necessary documentation required to update Amazon Brand Registry in an efficient and effective manner. - Undertake online searches retrieving trademark and commercially related information in response to requests from Brand Protection Counsel using an online database. - Undertake other anti-counterfeit work under the management of the Brand Protection Counsel.
