HMP Bullingdon is a male remand prison that has a capacity for 1,152 the offers 24 hours healthcare and there is an inpatient unit on-site. Hours Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week Salary This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary is from £46,525 up to £52507per annum FTE - depending on experience. What you'll be doing As a Speech and Language Therapist your responsibilities will vary. You will Provide high quality assessment and interventions for adults within the prison and immigration removal centres across Health in Justice using evidence-based interventions. Undertake clinical sessions, and manage a caseload as required and function as an autonomous clinician, with a role in supporting delivery of the model. Provide clinical leadership for Speech and language pathway within the prison. Qualifications required Recognised Speech & Language Therapy Degree Qualification or equivalent. Experience of working as a Speech and Language therapist in a large multi- disciplinary team, ideally across multiple sites/ locations. Health Professions Council - Licence to Practice. Evidence of Continued Professional Development. Although not essential ideal applicants would have experience in a hospital, community or prison environment.
