* No prior recruitment experience necessary, but sales or business development experience is a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process, including:
* Business Development & Consulting: Build and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Engage with senior executives at top tech firms to pitch our recruitment strategies, negotiate contracts and fee agreements, share insights on candidate profiles, and discuss market trends.
* Candidate Engagement: Build a network of senior-level tech professionals and assist them in finding their ideal roles. Source candidates through our CRM, cold calling, job boards, LinkedIn, Zoom Info, and more.
* Account Management: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and guide both clients and candidates smoothly through the interview process. Maintain and strengthen relationships, including providing aftercare once candidates have started in their new roles.
