Time Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-respected health care provider with 27 homes across the country who are now looking for a Regional Support Manager to support their care homes in the Newcastle & Sunderland area. With an excellent Senior Management setup, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and forward-thinking provider.

The duties for the Regional Support Manager:
1. Oversee and support multiple care homes within the remit
2. Ensure high-quality care is provided to residents in accordance with company standards
3. Develop and implement strategies to meet operational goals and objectives
4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of each location and make necessary adjustments
5. Support with the management of the care homes in the Home Manager's absence
6. Collaborate with regional managers to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
7. Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements for the Regional Support Manager:
1. Strong leadership and management abilities
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate tasks
4. Knowledge of home care industry regulations and best practices
5. Experience in medication administration
