You will also be responsible for managing the submittal of referral forms and director approval forms where additional authorisation is required to proceed with high value void works.
Always with the tenant in mind, you’ll support void supervisors and contract managers to monitor the performance of subcontractors and quality of works delivered, ensuring our properties remain to a high standard, ultimately ready to become somebody’s home.
