Client Administrator - Wealth Management Firm Milton Keynes - £salary dependent on experience. An established and well respected Wealth Management firm located in Milton Keynes are looking to recruit a highly organised administrator to join their support team. Working in a team environment you will help provide comprehensive support to the company’s Financial Advisors and clients. Specifics of the role will include Onboard and process all new business. • Prepare client valuations, provide quotations and arrange client portfolios ready for annual review. • Handle client enquiries, provide excellent customer service and ensure all points raised are processed and actioned. • Use a variety of platforms to process pension and investment requests including transfers and drawdown. • Liaise with providers to provide group risk and protection quotes • Manage client administration including renewal letters, client questionnaires, and client record changes • Assist advisors with any client queries or administration requests they may have. • Help manage the overall running of office administration, processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role for another financial advisory / wealth management practice and will be comfortable using Microsoft products, back-office systems and platforms.
