Job Description
As Kitchen Porter in the Grand Cookery School, you'll play a key part in delivering an efficient service to contribute to the creation of a warm and exciting atmosphere for all our guests taking cooking classes, ensuring they have a great experience. Your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring cleaning schedules are completed as required for all areas of the Cookery School.
* Providing a continuous supply of pots and pans for chefs in a timely manner.
* Maintaining required stock levels of cleaning materials, stored according to Health & Safety regulations.
* Adhering to relevant Food Safety & Health and Safety requirements in line with current regulations and Saeker guidelines.
* Reporting any Food Hygiene or Safety issues as appropriate.
