* Taking initial client instructions to be passed to the Case Handler.
* Generating client care packs tailored to client’s individual needs.
* Opening new client files.
* Obtaining client ID & source of funds information.
* Use of Case Management Systems, Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Undertaking feedback and follow-up phone calls to ensure that service levels are being maintained and the customer is satisfied.
* Photocopying/scanning of documents.
* Data entry in electronic portals during the client introduction process.
* Arranging client meetings to take initial instructions.
* Understanding GDPR requirements for dealing with client’s personal information.
* Working to department targets and KPI’s.
* Assisting clients with answering questions and guiding them where necessary on how to complete documents.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Self-motivated and enthusiastic
* Customer focused - high levels of customer service.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
