Job Responsibilities
1. Provide hospitality to all beach guests by delivering Ritz-Carlton service standards, including using the guest’s name three times throughout any interaction, exceeding guest expectations when fulfilling their requests, and anticipating their every need.
2. Facilitate sailing lessons for guests on hobie cats.
3. Provide safety briefings to guests prior to their use of all non-motorized watersports.
4. Provide supervision of guests while using watersports equipment in the designated areas.
5. Track daily watersports equipment usage, by guest, per company standards.
6. Complete general maintenance and upkeep of watersports equipment, including daily shift setup and breakdown, and the reporting of unsafe/damaged equipment.
7. Be an ambassador and sales associate to upsell guests on additional watersport excursions offered by RED.
8. Provide small power boat operations for retrieving guests and transferring guests from catamaran and other motorized sports.
9. Complete a monthly inventory of equipment and/or retail items as directed.
10. Complete end of shift billing and reconciliation of guest receipts for excursions and rental gear sold.
11. Communicate with guests on trip updates and cancellations.
12. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
1. High School Diploma or its equivalent from an accredited institution (Preferred).
2. Previous experience in customer service and/or equivalent work experience.
3. Proficiency in swimming (required).
