Accounts Assistant Hinch Distillery Ltd Location: Carryduff Road Co Down, Northern Ireland BT27 6TZ Maternity Cover (6 / 9 Months) Office Based Monday to Friday Reporting to the Financial Controller the Accounts Receivable Assistant will carry out the following duties: Preparation, issuing and recording of invoices Posting of receipts from cash, cheque, credit transfer, standing orders, card payments for payments and income streams Recording, monitoring and reporting on set income streams Preparation, collection and posting of payments by Direct Debit Reconciliations of ledgers Analysis of debtors ledger Carrying out credit control on all debtors ledgers Administration of financial support applications Responding to queries as appropriate Compilation of bank lodgements Taking lodgements to bank Credit control management. Handling bank lodgements. Compliance with financial policies and regulations. Other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Financial Controller.
