Are you looking for Change? Wanting to work in a supportive varied role?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated newly qualified or experienced Salaried GP to join our team for 4 sessions per week at Hemsby, with the exception to provide locum cover across all 7 coastal sites when needed.
Main duties of the job
* Provide direct clinical care to patients including telephone triage, home visits, dealing with results and other administrative duties.
* Support in the training and teaching of GP trainees, nurses, and healthcare assistants.
* Be part of the development and delivery of enhanced services.
* Participate in practice educational meetings, mandatory training requirements, and maintain CPD for annual appraisals and revalidation.
About us
We aim to support you to be the best you can be - confident in your care and proud of the outcomes you achieve for your patients. At The Coastal Partnership, we work hard to ensure that all our staff are motivated and engaged in the running of our organisation; our vision is to be the practice where patients wish to register and staff want to work. Although we are rated as CQC Good, we are still on a transformation programme to continually improve ourselves. If you are a forward-thinking, motivated GP who is looking to contribute to the challenge of delivering care within a City environment, we want to hear from you.
The Coastal Partnership is well-regarded for GP, Student, and nurse training. We like to grow our own and support personal development and mutual learning.
We are looking for someone who believes in our vision for high-quality, locally relevant primary care, at scale, and who wants to actively engage in our delivery of that.
Our Partnership is led by 4 partners and a comprehensive management team; delivery is over a 7-site footprint, spanning 3 PCNs, 3 Places, and offers Village, Town, and City demographics.
