SCOPE
* Ensure top level customer service
* Contibute to to the achievement of the store target, ensuring good sales level
* Maintain outstanding store environment and visual merchandising standards
* Contribute to stock activities (deliveries, stock maintenance)
* Help to process the e-commerce marketplace orders following the instructions of the Store Manager
* Updated with product information
* Follow company policies and procedures (grooming and uniform guidelines)
TASKS
* Welcoming customers
* Customer service focus (data collection, recalling and after-sales activities making use of devices provided by the company)
* Be always updated about new shipments
* Create a direct customer portfolio
* Take care of business relationship with the customer
* Handle complaints with Senior Manager
* Make best use of the devices provided by the company to accomplish sales goals

* IT skills (excel/word)
* Solid comunication and interpersonal skills
* Results oriented
* Ability to adapt to the work environment
* Ability to use Crm (Customer relationship management)
* Deep knowledge in product and inventory
