This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales manager to take leadership and ownership of driving engagement and revenue toward the growth of our thriving Catering department. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Operations Director.
Role Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous pro-active sales experience in a similar role with a sound knowledge of London and the surrounding area with ability to:
* Implement and develop sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to increase pipeline events and catering opportunities.
* Ability to pro-actively engage with corporate and private clients promoting our pop-up, private events, delivery and dining services.
* Push the boundaries of our current offer to incorporate new ideas and concepts with the ability to follow through to execution on site.
* Engage with new and lapsed guests, personal contacts and new clients through networking events, direct outreach, restaurant show rounds and in person meetings.
* Have a proven track record of hitting personal sales targets.
* Have a strong operational background with an understanding of full cycle event management process.
* Be actively optimistic about working on events when staffing levels require, training team on site to promote our department and the brand in the best possible light.
* Be passionate, personable, kind, eager and always looking for personal and professional growth.
