**Job Description for Experienced Machine Operators**
We are looking for several skilled machine operators to join our team at a busy window factory in the Rugby area. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating machinery on a production line, ensuring the manufacture of high-quality UPV windows.
This is a manual and active role that requires the ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
As a machine operator, you will play a crucial part in maintaining productivity and efficiency within the production line. You will work closely with other team members to achieve common goals and contribute to the success of the factory.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with machinery and will possess excellent problem-solving skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues to resolve any issues that may arise.
