As they continue to expand across Europe, we are seeking a talented and results-oriented German speaking Account Executive to join their dynamic team in London.
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Account Executive who is passionate about technology, business information, and PaaS solutions. You will be responsible for driving sales and building long-lasting relationships with key clients across various industries. You will work closely with their product and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the specific needs of their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in your assigned territory (Germany and surrounding regions).
* Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities, while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.
* Solution Selling: Understand client needs and align their platform solutions to deliver value. Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, offering strategic insights.
* Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals with a strong focus on upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
* Collaborative Teamwork: Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth sales cycles and a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to position [Company Name] as a market leader in the business information and PaaS space.
* Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and progress reports to the management team.
What We Are Looking For:
* Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in selling business information, PaaS solutions, or enterprise software.
* Languages: Must be either fluent or mother tongue German speakers
* Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the business information, SaaS, or cloud technology sectors, including key trends and challenges.
* Sales Expertise: Excellent sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
* Relationship Building: Ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise-level organizations.
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and German (mandatory).
* Self-Motivated: Proactive, results-driven, and capable of managing your own sales pipeline and calendar.
* Education: A relevant degree or equivalent experience in sales, business, or technology-related fields.
