National Electrical & Instrumentation Contractor that works in the following sectors Oil & Gas / Chemicals, Pharmaceutical & Healthcare, Mining, Power & Renewables, Industrial & Manufacturing, Commercial & Retail. Job Details E&I Construction / Site Manager required for a large battery storage facility project in Essex Responsible for the safe execution of project and site / construction implementation including HSEQ, Commercial and Project Controls functions of the project. Preparation of pre-mobilisation plans and requirementsa including HSE, Quality, RAMS and ITP's. Enduring the project is fully compliant with all HSEQ policies and procedures Monitoring the deployment of labour, supervision and equipments. Managing manpower, resource planning and mobilisation, ensuring the installtion keeps on plan. Set up project measurements and SE. Monitoring project cost control ensuring efficient practices. Manging procurement, tender evaluation abnd sub-contract selection Qualifications and Requirements: Proven Construction management track record with min 10 years’ experience in Power Generation, Oil & Gas or Pharmaceutical Industries Electrical trade background preferred Manage the E&I contract, Mechanical and Heavy Equipments installation, respective sub-contractors and monitor progress and reporting, walk-down, punch-listing, clearing and closure Interface and close coordination with Client, EP team and other project team members Experience in the enforcement of Safety Legislation and Corporate Safety Procedures and Requirements.
