I'm looking for a Site Manager in the Nottingham area to run sites within the social housing sector on a permanent contract.
The successful Site Manager will need to:
1. Manage subcontractors, teams and deal with any issues when needed.
2. Manage all Health and Safety policies and procedures and ensure they are being followed.
3. Be responsible for the overall management and day to day running of the site.
4. Ensure projects are being delivered to a high specification and on time.
Ideally, I'm looking for a Site Manager that:
1. Holds their SMSTS.
2. Has Site Management experience within social housing.
3. Is comfortable using technology.
4. Holds a UK Full Driving Licence.
In return, the successful Site Manager will receive:
1. Company van and fuel card provided.
2. Laptop and mobile phone provided.
3. Permanent employment.
4. 40 hours a week.
