Helpdesk Manager | Facilities Management / Maintenance Industry | Telford, West Midlands | £32,000 - £37,000 + Employment Package.
Due to increased work load / contract wins, we are currently recruiting for a Helpdesk Manager, to work for a Facilities Management / Commercial Maintenance business, who provide electrical, HVAC and building fabric maintenance across a wide range of environments across Midlands and North of England.
As the Helpdesk Manager, you will be responsible for over-seeing the Helpdesk team and operations, this may include:
* Scheduling of engineers works / diaries, ensuring work loads and travel commutes are within sensible distances and engineers are kept busy.
* Prioritising incoming jobs based on contract timelines and emergencies / urgency of works.
* Ensuring engineers arrive on-time to jobs and keep the office updated on availability.
* Ensuring engineers provide detailed remedial reports of works.
* Communicating with clients via telephone and email to gain access, book works in etc.
* Updating company and client CAFM systems.
Employment Package: Helpdesk Manager.
* £32,000 - £37,000 Base Salary.
* Work location: Telford, West Midlands.
* Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, office based.
