Architectural Technician
Location: Poole
Salary: £33,000 - £45,000 DoE
A leading local Architectural practice based near to Poole, have great new opportunities for both experienced Architectural Technician or Technical Architect to join their busy and expanding team. Working on a wide and diverse range of projects, including heritage and multi residential this is a superb opportunity to join a busy, friendly practice at an exciting time where they are enjoying continued success and recognition.
As an Architectural Technician you producing technical working drawings in Revit, it is highly desirable you are experienced in using either Revit or AutoCAD. You will be interpreting the client briefs and producing technical documentation in line with the latest regulations. Experience working on live projects and familiarity with UK building regulations is a must for these positions.

Job Description – Architectural Technician
The duties of the applicant will include [but will not be restricted to] the following:
. Preparation of building regulations applications
. Resolution of technical design proposals
. Preparation of measured surveys of existing buildings or sites
. Preparation of Construction drawings, details, schedules, and specifications where
required.
. Post contract work, client/site meetings
