Surgical Product Manager – Healthcare Marketing
I am seeking an experienced Surgical Product Manager with a strong background in healthcare marketing to lead the development and execution of strategic product plans. This role focuses on driving innovative solutions in the medical device/capital equipment space, with a particular emphasis on engaging healthcare professionals (HCPs)
What You’ll Do:
* Build relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare organisations.
* Develop localized marketing materials to support education and outreach.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
* Create and implement creative, data-driven strategies to drive adoption.
* Manage budgets and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts and drive growth.
* What You Bring:
o Proven experience in HCP marketing, ideally with capital equipment or medical devices. (Ophthalmology is highly desirable)
o A track record of delivering successful marketing strategies.
o Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills.
o Creativity, adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset.
