A leading real estate financing company located in heart of W1 are currently recruiting for a Business Support Administrator to join their team. This opportunity has arisen at an exciting time as the company is growing and expanding its vision at a rapid rate.
Candidates applying should have previous experience in a business support role from a professional services background, with a positive, can do-attitude and possess excellent IT skills.
Duties include:
* Liaising with clients on a daily basis
* Handling incoming queries via phone and email
* Dairy management, arranging internal and external meetings
* Conducting research on a range of lending programmes
* Researching and collating information for client meetings
* Preparing presentations and formatting appropriately
* Updating client information on in-house CRM
* Recording accurate information from clients and inputting into various templates
* Processing documentation regarding loan repayments
Key Skills:
* Previous experience in a business support role
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills
* Good numeracy skills
