There are eleven LMHT, each of which includes the following specialist staff: Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Social Workers, Community Support Workers, Peer Support Workers and Employment Specialists. Our LMHT bring together a variety of services including Assertive Outreach, Community Rehabilitation, Community Assessment Treatment Services, City Recovery Service, Social Inclusion and Wellbeing, Community Occupational Therapy Service and Medical Services. We help patients and their families to cope with periods of severe mental illness and assess, plan and implement a personal path of recovery for each patient. We work with people who have a wide range of mental health difficulties. Some may require short term intervention, and sometimes longer-term care plans will be put in place.
