Responsibilities:
1. Grow Housing Association revenues
2. Create great relationships with key decision makers, becoming their trusted partner for Roofing services
3. Identify regional opportunities to grow revenue with existing customers
4. Identify and convert new Housing Associations in line with our client's strategic plans
5. Work with the Housing Associations to identify new products and services
6. Improve customer experience by creating excellent communication channels and collaboration between the Housing Association, its tenants and our client's operations and develop governance over customer satisfaction (Board reporting / KPIs)
Developing business with other sectors:
1. Create great relationships with key decision at existing customers within the Prison and Hospitality sectors, becoming their trusted partner for Roofing services
2. Identify national opportunities to grow revenue with them
3. Conduct thorough market research into new sectors and regions to identify trends and opportunities for growth
4. Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and expand our customer base
5. Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure maximum profitability
6. Work closely with operations and other departments to align business objectives
Performance Reporting:
1. Track and report sales performance metrics including, but not limited to, sales pipeline, win and loss analysis
What we'd like to see:
1. Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the construction industry or to Public Sector organisations
2. A self-starter. Someone that enjoys taking ownership of their area and has the drive to make things happen and has the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
3. Excellent interpersonal skills capable of building trusted relationships
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
