We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team and help convert inbound leads and warm prospects across the UK. If you're an experienced sales rep with a passion for health, education, or care — and want to ditch the commute — this could be the perfect fit.
As our SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with care homes, domiciliary care providers, and health and social care sector leads. You’ll use LinkedIn, email, and modern lead gen tools to start warm, relevant outreach campaigns that get results.
The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for Account Executives
* Run outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns to care sector decision-makers
* Research and build prospect lists using tools like Skrap.io and Lusha
* Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in HubSpot CRM
* Book qualified demos for the Account Executive team
* Collaborate with marketing to test messaging and improve conversion
* Consistently achieve monthly quota of qualified opportunities
You’re a Great Fit If You:
* Have 1+ years experience in a sales, outreach, or lead generation role (B2B or SaaS preferred)
* Are confident using LinkedIn, email tools, and scraping platforms
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Are curious, data-driven, and eager to learn
* Have the ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
* Are willing to attend occasional UK-based care events or trade shows (expenses paid)
* Have a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field

Qualifications
* Proven Sales, and Business Development skills
* Good experience of using Linkedin and email scraping tools for sales development
* Experience with a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot
* Lead Generation and Communication skills
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Experience in the healthcare or social care industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
