An exciting opportunity has arisen with in Welfare Advice and Debt Support Team for an Admin Assessment Officer. We are looking for an organised, enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast pace environment. The post holder will play an essential part in supporting the team and some of our most vulnerable residents. Responsibilities: - Managing the team mailbox and referrals on a daily basis - General Administrative duties - Allocation of work - Making appointments - Supporting residents using different communication methods - Attending events within the community - working on campaigns to maximise residents income - supporting vulnerable residents to improve their finances - Any other duties decided by the Team Coordinator A full training plan will be put in place for the various processes and over a period (at least a year) could lead to more complex assessments and the opportunity to be ready to apply for the next role as a scale 6 Admin Assessment Officer.
