We have a recent opening for the role of new area sales manager working independently and co-operating with colleque in UK and as well the headquarters in the Czech Republic. We are looking for a senior personality with strong abilities to acquire new clients, build long-term relationships especially in the B2B environment and work independently. You should have passion for traveling and spending time on the road. Key Responsibilities (with a strong focus on acquisition): Proactive Client Development: Be the driving force behind acquiring new clients, employing a structured and strategic approach to expand our client base. Industry Engagement: Cultivate relationships within the architectural, interior design, and dealer sectors, establishing TON as the premier choice in their minds. Client Portfolio Management: Manage new clients to grow, upsell and renew accounts. Sustained Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationship. Educational Advocate: Assume the role of an educational advocate, guiding clients to a comprehensive understanding of the value and advantages of our products and services. Tailored Quotation Development: Create quotes based on client requirements. Market Insight Expertise: Market research focusing on recommendations for TON brand development. Performance Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets. Communication Master: Daily communication with HQ manufacture in the Czech Republic and reporting to Sales director. Qualities and experience: A design enthusiast. Active driver as traveling is a must. Passion for selling and motivated by achieving results. Strong listening, negotiating and influencing skills with clients at all levels. Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and to meet deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and with the remote team too. Strong numeracy and IT skills with the ability to use CRM systems. Fluent English speaker. Must be positive individual with common sense.
