About the Role
Full-time | Monday to Friday | St Albans | Free Parking
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations in a varied and customer-facing role. While previous estate agency experience is not required, strong computer skills, excellent attention to detail, a confident phone manner, and the ability to multitask are essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Registering applicants and understanding buyer requirements.
2. Handling incoming calls and responding to email enquiries.
3. Coordinating viewings between vendors and buyers.
4. Following checklists to prepare properties for the market, including identity checks.
5. Matching new properties with prospective buyers.
6. Monitoring and tracking weekly/monthly performance statistics.
7. Assisting with social media updates.
8. Performing general administrative tasks to support the team.
