POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised Support Specialist (Cabin & Academy) to join our Flight Service and Training Academy. This hybrid role is essential in supporting both the development and delivery of Cabin Server training as well as the operational needs that ensure our flight teams deliver exceptional, personalised experiences for every Owner. This unique position bridges the gap between training and in-flight service operations, requiring a versatile team player who can seamlessly transition between classroom coordination and on-the-ground support for flight crews. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES The Support Specialist role will provide direct support to the following departments: Crewmembers / Cabin Servers Flight Operations Maintenance Owner Services Sales Finance Flight Service Academy Responsibilities Support the Academy training team to facilitate Cabin Server training delivery on Flexjet service standards and In-Flight Choreography. Assist in organising and communicating new hire and recurrent Cabin Server training events. Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, qualifications, and certification documentation (digital and physical). Liaise with training vendors and instructors to ensure timely documentation and compliance tracking. Prepare training environments: room setup, supplies, documentation, and logistical support. Maintain training spreadsheets and reports for operational, compliance, and billing purposes. Reconcile and approve training invoices for accounts payable. Ensure Cabin Servers are prepped for training including travel documentation, visa requirements, and logistical arrangements. Monitor and report absences or travel issues related to training attendees. Assist with procurement and distribution of Cabin Server uniforms and in-flight required items. Flight Services Responsibilities Coordinate and source catering in line with Owner preferences, liaising with suppliers to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Act as a real-time support resource to Cabin Servers and flight crew during operations, offering solutions and guidance. Provide bespoke service support by sourcing specific Owner requests and ensuring the crew are fully briefed on preferences. Uniform & Inventory Coordination Assist with procurement, inventory, and distribution logistics for Cabin Server and crewmember uniforms. Track and coordinate uniform shipments and returns to/from crew. Aircraft Stock & Presentation Oversee aircraft stock management, including initial onboard stock setups and ongoing replenishments. Manage logistics and maintenance of remote stock lockers to support global operations. Coordinate with operations teams and vendors for aircraft presentation, resets, and cleanliness. Monitor and manage in-flight entertainment systems as required. Administrative & Procurement Support Assist with wholesale procurement of aircraft and service products through vendor coordination. Track product consumption, trends, and reporting. Maintain accurate expense reports and product-related financial tracking. Support service procedure updates and communicate changes in product information to relevant stakeholders. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE Aviation industry knowledge with direct Cabin Server experience or Corporate catering/ food & beverage experience Luxury product and service familiarity and/or experience recommended REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Must possess the legal ability to work in the United Kingdom Skill requirements include but are not limited to the following: Adapt to and endure immeasurable changes regarding aircraft schedules, deliveries, status alterations and locations Able to travel and occasionally required to work in a physically-active environment Work in an office environment simultaneous to completing physical tasks Complete knowledge and navigation abilities of Microsoft Office 2010 (or most current) products and software Technology savvy to current and modern means of computer and telephone equipment Strong interpersonal and communication flexibility within a diverse group of individuals and operating levels of Flexjet and constituents Positive attitude and the ability to adapt to change is a must PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Physical demands may require a considerable amount of time sitting and typing/keyboarding using a computer (i.e., keyboard, mouse, and monitor) along with various office equipment Physical demands may include walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping Will require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling stock and heavy boxes. SCHEDULE Flexibility to work around Academy training programme, which includes weekends. Availability to be �on call� as per business requirements outside of traditional business hours
