The role:
Reporting directly to the CMO and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, the Head of Marketing will take ownership of multi-channel campaigns, spearhead impactful partnerships, and drive revenue growth. This role is integral to the brand’s growth journey, focusing on the UK market initially, with a view to scaling globally.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive growth, optimise customer acquisition costs (CAC), maximise return on ad spend (ROAS), and increase brand awareness.
* Oversee UK marketing campaigns while ensuring scalability for global markets; secure and manage high-profile partnerships with brands in industries like automotive, sports, and travel.
* Lead above-the-line initiatives such as OOH, TV, radio, podcasts, and print campaigns to drive visibility and engagement.
* Manage organic social media strategy, build highly engaged communities, and oversee influencer marketing to amplify advocacy.
* Plan and execute consumer-focused events and activations that resonate with the brand’s core audience.
* Work with digital and commercial teams to effectively allocate the marketing budget across performance and brand awareness channels.
* Partner with internal teams across digital, product, and commercial functions to ensure aligned and impactful execution.
What we are looking for:
* 8-10+ years of experience increasing revenue and profitability from marketing initiatives.
* Experience working at 'Head of' seniority or above for a fashion, apparel, accessories, and/or lifestyle brand.
* Experience working in a senior marketing role within a high-growth, entrepreneurial business.
* Being a part of a business that has grown from £5M-£20M and having a direct impact on this growth.
* Data-driven and commercially minded, with a focus on achieving ROI.
* Expertise in ATL marketing, including OOH and emerging platforms such as podcasts.
* Strong experience with organic social media strategy and community engagement.
* Demonstrated success in building and managing high-value partnerships.
