Our client is a multi-award-winning digital agency based in Manchester. They specialise in digital services across SEO, paid media, affiliates, programmatic and e-commerce. Their clients are in a variety of sectors including fashion, retail, e-commerce, sport and more.
Due to growth, they are looking for an Account Manager to work across strategy and performance.
Key responsibilities of the Account Manager:
* Manage several client accounts.
* Client retention management.
* Onboarding of new clients.
* Engage in client calls and meetings.
* Grow the accounts via upsells.
* Risk management.
Skills needed for the Account Manager:
* Full channel understanding across paid media, SEO, affiliates, programmatic, e-commerce.
* Agency background.
* Channel/technical expertise.
* Project management skills.
* Analytical experience.
