Job summary We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team, due to an increasing patient list. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a welcoming and positive first impression with a professional demeanor. Main duties of the job Main Duties Greet patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner. Maintain all records accurately and demonstrate adherence to Confidentiality policy at all times. Manage incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing enquiries to the appropriate team member. Manage patient appointments, cancellations and rescheduling. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Support the practice dispensing team by giving pre-ordered medication to patients when they come to collect it, completing any relevant paperwork for this. Maintain an organised reception area, ensuring it is tidy and welcoming at all times.
