The Regional Security Manager provides support to the Protective Security team in safeguarding assets (people, product, property, and proprietary information) from internal and external threats within the assigned region. This role will ensure the implementation and maintenance of physical security measures in alignment with global standards and support the Global Manager Security Engineering & Technical Security Systems Essential Functions: Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence. Oversee the implementation and management of the Global Physical Access Management (GPAM) program within the region. Coordinate the migration of Protective Security applications for regional offices and manufacturing sites. Manage relationships with integrators supporting regional projects. Assist in the design and implementation of physical security systems, including alarms, CCTV, and access controls. Ensure all security systems comply with global standards and support the overall security strategy. Lead regional security projects, including the establishment and maintenance of Security Operations Centers (SOCs). Provide project-specific support and guidance to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of security solutions. Identify and report physical security risks within the region. Develop and implement mitigation measures to protect all business assets. Support investigative and intelligence activities in collaboration with Corporate Security & Investigations. Work closely with the Global Manager Security Engineering & Technical Security Systems to align regional activities with global security initiatives. Provide technical security support to the Executive Protection Team as needed. Collaborate with Regional Heads to ensure cohesive security practices. Ensure the seamless integration of security technology into regional CAPEX projects from design to completion. Stay updated on emerging physical security technologies and recommend optimizations. Develop and publish regional technical security standards in line with global guidelines. Ensure full compliance with client's Protective Security policies and procedures. Assist in planning and implementing technical security training programs for region. All other duties, as assigned. Education, Experience, and Certifications: Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical security field and/or five or more years equivalent work in multinational environment. Strong knowledge of physical security systems, including access controls, alarms, and CCTV.
