In this role, you'll be the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
Responsibilities:
1. Order Management: Oversee customer orders to ensure accurate and timely processing.
2. Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, providing shipment updates and addressing client inquiries.
3. Invoicing: Track shipments and charges to ensure invoicing is done accurately and on time.
4. Customer Service: Resolve any client issues professionally and efficiently.
5. Courier Coordination: Liaise with courier companies to arrange pickups and manage deliveries.
6. Route Optimisation: Work with the transport manager to optimise delivery routes.
7. Warehouse Collaboration: Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth and accurate order fulfillment.
Desired Candidate:
1. Strong communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics-related software.
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and prioritize effectively.
4. Eager to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
5. Previous experience in logistics or a related field is an advantage, but not required.
