HR Business Partner - Projects | 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Flexible (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
Start: No later than May 2024 – ideally immediately available
Are you an experienced HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity with a leading white-collar professional organisation? We’re seeking an HR Business Partner to join a dynamic, high-performing HR team for a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Owing to a growing list of European projects plus a maternity leaver, this role will slot into the existing team as a generalist HR Business Partner and lead on a variety of intricate projects including (but not limited to) ER, policy work, talent management, performance, recruitment solutions and strategic workforce planning.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:
* Take on both generalist HR management and project-focused responsibilities across multiple European locations.
* Lead and support on Employee Relations (ER) issues, ensuring pragmatic support for the HR team across Europe.
* Support on a diverse range of HR projects throughout 2025, including:
o Building a new career framework
o Developing talent management and performance processes
o Supporting HR policy and handbook initiatives
o Assisting with recruitment efforts as required, especially due to a large number of open vacancies
o Provide hands-on support to more junior HR team members, helping to develop them into future HR Business Partners.
The ideal candidate will bring:
* Experience in HR management within a professional services, corporate, or white-collar environment.
* Strong ER and high-touch HR skills – self-service HR is not the approach here, so you’ll need to be comfortable managing ER and performance-related issues directly.
* A flexible, hands-on approach to both operational HR tasks and strategic projects.
