Field Service Manager
**Job Summary:**
Our client, a leading provider of construction equipment solutions, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Field Service Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of service technicians and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage a team of service technicians to ensure efficient and effective delivery of service to customers
* Develop and implement service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate with the UK Service & Key Accounts Manager to ensure alignment with business objectives
* Analyze and report on service performance metrics to inform business decisions
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in a field service management role
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions
