Pay: £30,000 with OTE c.£80,000 per annum
In this role, you’ll guide prospective owners through the journey of holiday home ownership, building relationships, showcasing our beautiful park, and delivering exceptional service.

What will you do?
* Build relationships with current owners and holiday guests to create sales and part exchange opportunities
* Sell holiday homes and lodges with professionalism, integrity and in keeping with our values and with a strong focus on service standards
* Develop leads by assisting with the creation of effective marketing
* Ensure appointments and all administrative tasks are kept up to date
* Work collaboratively across the Norfolk and Suffolk parks with travel required as necessary
What are we looking for?
A real self-starter with a proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets whilst working in a small team within the holiday home industry.
We want someone who understands selling holiday homes on relaxing, boutique parks where the emphasis is on you to effect change and drive your own performance. You’ll need to be able to demonstrate that you can build trust naturally and be comfortable in creating your own leads, as well as working with those generated centrally.
