Job summary 37.5 hours per week 24-hour As part of unplanned mental health services in Doncaster we are able to offer a rare opportunity for motivated professionals to join Doncaster Crisis Team. The role will involve the triage assessment and intervention of service users in crisis and will involve telephone, home visits and assessments in A&E. We are seeking to recruit dynamic and positive practitioners to support in this new service. We are looking to recruit a permanent Band 6 qualified practitioner who is enthusiastic and highly motivated to join our busy team and who has a passion and desire to work with individuals in crisis within the community delivering a caring and safe service. Main duties of the job We are looking for passionate, reliable and progressive staff who work within a strengths and recovery based approach. Liaison with families and supporting their understanding of crisis management is an important part of the role. The post will require individuals to work alongside partner organisations, third sector and peer support services, transparency and openness is vital.
