THE COMPANY The business is a lean, collaborative fintech who have strong financial backing, providing a range of consumer finance solutions. This company have scaled up considerably in the past year and are looking to continue this growth into 2025 with this role. THE ROLE Owning and managing the acquisition funnel, providing data-driven, strategic enhancements to existing policies and developing new strategies. Provide leadership and strategic foresight for all teams within pricing and credit risk analytics Ensuring an effective and robust process management system Currently managing a team of three direct reports and getting hands-on with the analytics where appropriate. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Strong experience with both Credit Risk analytics and Commercial/Pricing analytics.
