Responsibilities
Develop and implement commissioning strategies and plans that align with organizational objectives.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including service providers and community stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate commissioned services to ensure quality and compliance with established standards and outcomes.
Analyze performance data and service delivery metrics to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Manage the budgeting and financial aspects of commissioning projects, ensuring alignment with financial regulations.
Organize and facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from service users and stakeholders.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management that summarize commissioning activities, outcomes, and recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in commissioning or service management.
Proven experience in commissioning services within a public or private sector environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and financial resources effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to commissioning and public service delivery.
