Sales & Proposals Administrator

Hales Group have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Administrator with excellent organisational skills to join our client's sales team.
This role will require you to learn our client's standard product portfolio, full training will be given.
Duties/Responsibilities to include:
First point of contact for enquiries
Maintain and update the CRM database (Microsoft Dynamics AX)
Receive, analyse, and acknowledge sales enquiries, including verification of client details and obtaining any applicable information either by telephone or email
Generating standard product quotations
Understand our internal proposal system, costing special designs and required calculations
Follow up quotation status, with customers using various reports
Prepare and email any documentation/certification requirements to customers
Ensure all quotations meet customer requirements/project specifications, and comply with all regulations
Stock code creation and updates
General office duties to support the sales team, including order processing
Monthly reporting Key skills:
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Confident IT skills
A flexible nature and the ability to prioritise a changing to do list
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Foreign languages would be an advantage
Full driving license, as some travel to other locations may be required on occasion You will have access to the following benefits:
