Position Summary Working as a member of the Corporate HR Team, this role is responsible for leading the company’s talent acquisition and management strategies. This role will direct a team to execute recruitment efforts and oversee employee development initiatives. Close collaboration with HR, senior leadership, and various departments is necessary to ensure the organization attracts and retains the best talent aligned with our strategic business initiatives. Will spend a significant amount of time developing and implementing our end-to-end talent and performance management processes which includes determining staffing needs, developing hiring strategies, and leading employment branding. This role w ill participate in other HR related activities as needed to support department objectives and serve the growing needs of the organization. Essential Job Functions This hybrid position will be required to work in our Corporate Office at least two days per week based on your team’s schedule. Lead the development and execution of the company’s comprehensive talent acquisition strategy. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements. Oversee and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring process. Strategically leverage and oversee the use of diverse recruitment channels and networks, including job boards, social media platforms, and industry-specific networks, to attract top-tier talent and build a robust candidate pipeline. Develop and promote the company’s employer brand. Direct the creation of compelling messaging that highlights PL Marketing’s values, culture, and opportunities. Oversee social media strategies and content. Select, develop, motivate, and retain a high-performing team. Set KPIs, manage activities, and ensure the delivery of results. Develop and implement employee development programs to foster career growth and internal mobility. Partner with leadership to design strategies for employee engagement, performance management, and retention along with understanding talent gaps to build a proactive workforce plan. Use data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, employee development. .programs, retention initiatives, and analyze turnover to identify trends and recommend actions to mitigate risks. Monitor industry trends and competitor hiring practices to keep the company competitive in attracting talent. Ensures confidentiality of private, personal data. Participate in and contribute to department and office meetings. Work closely with others on the HR Team to ensure smooth coordination of efforts. Will participate in other HR related activities as needed to support department objectives and serve the growing needs of the organization. Perform special assignments and projects as requested. Deliver outstanding customer service to every employee. Display ethical standards beyond reproach including maintaining confidentiality with all data. Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation Minimum Position Qualifications 4-year degree in HR or related discipline or an equivalent combination of HR work experience and education combined A minimum of 7 years’ experience in leading Talent Acquisition teams and strategies Workday experience is strongly preferred.
