We’re looking for people that can: Contribute to the successful running of the production operation, helping us meet and beat our daily plans; Operate equipment efficiently and manage shift handovers effectively: Take prompt action to prevent accidents and near misses and have a strong awareness of health and safety; Maintain equipment to the highest of cleanliness standards, using dedicated CIP set as and when necessary; Work closely with a range of colleagues including engineering to minimise machine downtime in order to meet the production plan; Ensure compliance documentation is completed accurately and correctly; and Seek ways to continually improve activities to improve safety and increase cost efficiencies. The right people will… Have a strong awareness of Health and Safety; Have a proactive approach towards work and be able to work independently with minimum supervision; Have good communication skills and be a team player; Be computer literate in order to operate machinery and systems; and Be prepared to work shifts.
