We are currently seeking a self motivated and organised Purchase Ledger Manager to join our finance team on a 6 month fixed term contract basis. Your role will be managing the purchase ledger and procurement process across our companies. This is a full time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours a day), Monday - Friday. This is a hybrid position with a mixture of being based in our office in Brighton & remote working. You will need to attend the office three days a week. Key duties and responsibilities include: Oversee and manage the daily operations of the purchase ledger department. Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, reconciliations, and payment runs. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve any invoice discrepancies or queries. Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures, and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines. Lead, motivate, and develop the purchase ledger team, setting objectives and reviewing performance. Manage month-end closing procedures and reconcile purchase ledger accounts. Prepare and provide financial reports and summaries related to creditor balances and cash flow projections. Collaborate with other departments to improve purchase-to-pay processes and ensure financial controls are maintained. Liaise with auditors and assist with the audit process as it relates to accounts payable. Assist with budget preparation and manage cost controls. Ensure compliance with relevant legal, regulatory, and company requirements. One of the best things about joining Health Partners is our rewards package.
