As the EMEA Education Sales Operation Manager, you will report to the Global Education Sales Strategy & Operations Manager and support them in overseeing the strategy and operations of an outstanding sales organization and ensuring exceptional sales performance. Your role will involve driving sales strategy, analytics, and programs for the EMEA Education business, requiring both strategic thinking and flawless execution.
What you'll Do
1. Manage the sales forecasting process, ensuring an accurate forecast and pipeline in collaboration with sales managers and FP&A.
2. Own data analytics related to sales, focusing on SFDC data hygiene and pipeline development analysis.
3. Track and analyze the sales pipeline funnel, identifying areas for improvement and designing programs to expedite deal closure.
4. Collaborate with the sales deal desk and Order Management team to support sales deal closing and order administration.
5. Coordinate the preparation and administration of annual and quarterly sales compensation plans, including quotas, territories, and plan design.
6. Work with product marketing, product management, and sales managers to prepare materials and implement training for the sales reps.
7. Lead and support central initiatives to enhance business performance.
8. Develop and implement efficiency and performance reporting for sales management and individuals.
9. Conduct historical reviews of account performance, account segmentation, and prioritization, leading win/loss analysis and predictive analytics.
10. Establish scalable sales processes, automation, and reporting methodologies.
11. Own the QBR process for the EMA EDU team. Develop and deliver presentations to senior leaders and executives.
What you need to succeed
1. 5-7 years of relevant experience in sales strategy and operations
2. Hands-on experience in sales forecasting, SFDC data cleanliness/analysis, sales enablement, deal desk/order administration, and commission plan design/administration.
3. Strong written and oral communication skills
4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
5. Strong communication and presentation skills
6. Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimal supervision
7. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets
