To be responsible for providing general administrative support to the Lead Falls Practitioner and medicine and emergency care divisional team within the Trust. The post holder will be a key part of the falls team and will work within established procedures and protocols to ensure that the day-to-day business of their area is supported in a timely and efficient manner, with a flexible approach.
• Answering the telephone and other queries, taking messages accurately and
• Opening, dealing with, and distributing post and other internal communications in a timely manner
• Transporting documentation and minor
• Diary management for the Lead Falls Practitioner.
• Supporting preparation and taking and typing minutes for meetings including, booking dates, venues, preparing and sending out agendas and
• Use established systems/processes to record and monitor
• Monitoring stationery levels for the Lead Falls Practitioner team and ordering in a timely yet cost effective
• Operating IT systems, including but not limited to, Microsoft Office and Teams, Medway, Connect, EDIS, Unit 4, TRAC and email, to a basic level, as
• To action locally defined administrative procedures specific to the Division or department to which they are
