Hours: Part-Time (25 hours per week, with flexible working hours – including occasional evenings and weekends)

Brunel’s SS Great Britain is looking for a proactive, organised and people-focused Sales & Event Executive to join our dynamic team. Working within our Conference & Events department, you’ll play a key role in driving event sales, supporting delivery, and ensuring our guests receive world-class service – all from within one of the most unique venues in the country.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Responding to sales enquiries for weddings, private events, conferences, and corporate hire
2. Coordinating events from initial enquiry
3. Supporting the promotion of the venue to potential clients via site visits and marketing activity
4. Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth event delivery
5. Maintaining accurate records and CRM databases
We’re looking for someone who:
1. Is confident communicating with a wide range of clients and stakeholders
2. Can juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
3. Is flexible, enthusiastic and a genuine team player
4. Shares a passion for delivering exceptional visitor experiences
5. Experience in event sales or event coordination is a plus but not required
