Role:
Regen Solutions are currently working with a leading construction and maintenance company in their search for a Contract Manager to join their ever-growing team.
As a Contract Manager, you will be based between head office and site, managing a newly won contract for a supported housing provider. Property locations range from London, Essex to East Anglia. Works include all kinds of planned maintenance projects, both internal and external.
Experience:
As a Contracts Manager, you will ensure programme requirements are met in line with business objectives and client aspirations. This is a fast-paced role which requires excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and will involve:
* Managing contracts to achieve targets in respect of safety, time, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.
* Managing people, sub-contractors, and processes to ensure that all works are controlled and delivered within the required time frames and meet the minimum standard set by the Clients' KPIs.
* Ensuring an excellent customer experience at all times.
Key Skills:
* Experience in completing construction phase plans.
* Client contract delivery, customer relationships, and management of relevant teams.
* P&L, cash flow, and costs management.
* Creating a work-safe culture.
* Able to manage others to deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
* Good communicator with experience dealing with clients and subcontractors.
* Must have good IT skills and be proficient in Word and Outlook.
* Able to produce construction programmes (MS Projects ideally).
* A flexible, "can do" attitude and a desire to work as part of a team.
* Able to produce and deliver progress reports.
* Must be able to manage health & safety, quality, and programme performance on projects via the management team.
