Role Responsibilities Teach Psychology to KS4 and KS5 students, delivering high-quality lessons that challenge and engage students. Create and implement a dynamic curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners and supports their academic success. Provide tailored feedback and assessment to ensure students reach their full potential. Collaborate with colleagues within the department to ensure cohesive teaching practices. Contribute to the development of the department and school as a whole, supporting the success of both students and colleagues. Foster a love of psychology in students, helping them to develop critical thinking skills and a deep understanding of the subject. Essential Requirements Degree in Psychology or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5 level (including GCSE and A-Level). Strong knowledge of the Psychology curriculum and examination requirements. Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
