The Senior EHCP Case Co-ordinator will support the EHCP Team Manager to manage the statutory assessment and review process for Education, Health and Care Plans under the Children and Families Act 2014 and in line with the SEND Code of Practice 2015 within a designated area of work in line with local policies and procedures to ensure that all the Local Authority’s statutory duties are met.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the EHCP Team Manager in managing the assessment and review process.
2. Ensure compliance with the Children and Families Act 2014 and SEND Code of Practice 2015.
3. Work within designated areas to meet local policies and procedures.
